Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Female Bartender to join a worldclass luxury resort in the Maldives. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional looking to take her skills to an international level in one of the most soughtafter tropical destinations on the planet.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender in a luxury resort hotel or highend bar
Strong knowledge of cocktails spirits and beverage preparation
Excellent guest service and communication skills
Professional wellgroomed and presentable
Positive attitude adaptable and a strong team player
Fluent in English
Able to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
Female candidates only (as per the client s request due to accommodation arrangements)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve beverages according to resort standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Keep up to date with new cocktail trends and beverage innovations
Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed
Support other Food & Beverage outlets when required
Package & Benefits:
Salary: $520 USD per month
Livein accommodation (threesharing)
All meals provided
Uniform provided by the resort
Medical insurance as per company policy
Annual flight tickets: One at the start of the contract and one at the end; if the contract is renewed a return ticket will be provided
