Job Description
Need Candidates Only from Wires & Cable Industries
JD for Automation position.
- Design and Development: Design and develop automation solutions including PLC programs HMI screens and robotics applications.
- Implementation and Testing: Implement and test automation solutions ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation systems resolving issues and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including manufacturing quality and maintenance to ensure automation solutions meet business needs.
- Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation for automation systems and provide training to operations and maintenance personnel.
- LowCost Automation: LCA Projects Knowledge & Implementation.
- PLC programming (Siemens Mitsubishi etc.
- Robotics programming (Fanuc ABB etc.
- SCADA systems (Wonderware Siemens etc.
- HMI development (Wonderware Siemens etc.
- Networking protocols (Ethernet TCP/IP etc.
- Industry 4.0 Projects: Knowledge of Implementation of Industry 4.0 in Manufacturing plants & MES software knowledge and integration of machine PLC to MES software.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering with good Computer Knowledge.
- Experience: Minimum 56 years of experience in automation engineering with a focus on PLC programming robotics and SCADA systems.
