Executive Electrical Engineering (TBR)
Main Purpose of Job (Why job exists/what it must achieve)
Le
To Sustain and improve equipment availability to produce the targeted tyres in TBR with quality standard adherence while ensuring safe work practices and operating at the budgeted cost through adhering all standards & Systems and with Total Employee Involvement.

Main Responsibilities / Job Summary (Primary deliverables of role and its scope)
KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role & Dimensions (What is the span of the role)
1. Adherence to Apollo Safe Way implementation plan
Business objectives with respect to engineering including but not limited to overall equipment effectivenessMTTR and MTBF
2. Adherence to Functional Safety Road Map
Participation in innovation forum Kaizen and QCC
3. Extrusion/Cutters/Winding/Apexing breakdown reduction
Direct cost reduction including(stores and spares)
4. S&S Cost TBR control within budget
Zero LTIFR in BU5
5. Adherence to Quality System
SI adherence of Electrical team in BU5
6. Optimisation/Reduction of Non Moving inventory > 5 Years & Cost > 2 lacs
Compressed Air leakage corrections in BU5
Completion of identified projects(Cost saving/Breakdown Reduction/power savings)
7. Completion of identified indigenisation projects in TBR
PM compliance and adherence as per schedule for all stock machines
8. To improve the equipment availability in TBR ExtrudersCuttersApexingWInding
Training of Electrical Team and rasing level of competency from L2 to L4
9. Recording of Analysis(RCA) for interruption in TBR in Miantwiz for either of the criteria
A.> 60mins
to S/Rework
10. Availability of Critical Spares/ Contingency Management for critical Equipments in TBR
11. Closure of Identified abnormalities and on time /completion of PM
12.SI adherence at each BU
1. Specific Air Consumption of TBR

Exposure on TIA portal SiemensStartersimotion and WinCCAB control logics RS5000factory talk viewpowerflexkinetics drives. Basics on PneumaticsSAP MS Office tools. Maintwiz Energy Management system IATFProduction processExposure to TPM tools

Leave approval of team
Escalation to HR in case of disciplinary action required against subordinates.
Material gate pass approval
Vendor visit approval
Budget enhancement approval
Documents like procedures/WI/SOP /Deviation/OPL/Stock item MR Slip/ Material Return note and additional approval if any related to TBR engineering
EMS material rejection if not meet the specification and poor quality
