Job Description
This 12 month max term contract plays a pivotal role in managing and delivering the on and offcamera hair makeup and wardrobe styling for Perth Nine Network talent. The Senior Hair MakeUp & Wardrobe Stylist will work closely with the GTV Hair the Perth News Director and Executives to ensure a consistent and polished appearance for our talent across all programs and states. Nine is open to full time or part time candidates who will demonstrate leadership in overseeing a team while maintaining the high standards of Nine Networks brand and visual identity.
Day to day you will:
- Lead and coordinate the Perth Hair and MakeUp Team ensuring optimal scheduling workflow and overall performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onair talent to understand their preferences and needs while ensuring brand consistency.
- Coordinate & Organise wardrobe fittings manage clothing selection (from Sydney & Melbourne) and ensure timely deliveries.
- Seamlessly manage the roster for casual pool.
- Problem solve & be prepared to step in during lastminute changes taking initiative to ensure all styling needs.
Qualifications :
What we would like to see:
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Expert knowledge in oncamera hair makeup and wardrobe styling.
- Strong eye for detail and creativity to meet production standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks deadlines and changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with talent colleagues and executives.
