Job Description

Due to an internal move were looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Out of Home (OOH) coffee team! The Sales Specialist acts as the first point of contact for key customers with a focus on account management driving revenue streams through business development and ensure quality service and products. This is a permanent fulltime position based on the road visiting customers with our office based in Southbank.

In this role you will:

  • Manage statebased accounts and key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Facilitate coffee training as required by your customers
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts and acquire new business
  • Manage customer data and contract compliance

Qualifications :

For this role as a Sales Specialist were looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • You hold a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar B2B role
  • Previous Coffee industry experience is preferred
  • You have strong commercial acumen
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills to negotiate and maintain relationships
  • You have a customer first mindset
  • Computer proficient with MS365 Office Suite applications (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • You hold a valid and unrestricted drivers license
