Assist in the development and maintenance of instructional content resources and workshop materials
Work closely with the Learning & Artistic Development team and provide day to day administrative support
Conduct research and gather data to help inform program design and measure impact
Support the facilitation of workshops and employee events as needed
Design visual collateral such as fliers digital invitations and presentation decks
Qualifications :
What do I need to have in order to do this job
Pursuing an Associate Bachelor or Graduate degree at a College/University (or equivalent) or be a recent graduate (within six months of graduation date)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be willing to work in Glendale California
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
A great teammate with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills
Detail oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills
Interest in editing and/or graphic design
A genuine interest in Learning & Development Talent Development or Education in creative industries
Desired Qualifications: What can I offer
Background in museum education arts education or public programming (skilled in workshops scheduling etc..
Experience with event planning and logistics flier design/graphic design and communicating with stakeholders of varying levels
Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (including Photoshop Illustrator and Premiere)
Proficiency in Google Suite and calendaring system MS Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of the animation studio production pipeline is helpful but not required
Hourly Rate: $ 17.28/hr
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
