We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet the needs of our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates through various channels and building a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards social media and professional networks
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams through working with Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing
- Identify and engage potential candidates through social media platforms and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn Slack GitHub).
- Craft and send recruiting emails to attract candidates.
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Measure conversion rates (e.g. the number of passive candidates who turn into applicants applicants who get hired).
- Promote the employer brand through various channels.
- Maintain candidate databases and track metrics.
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media networking and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for the role.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates industry professionals and academic institutions.
- Engage with passive candidates and nurture relationships to convert them into active applicants.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand talent availability and trends in the industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team based on market data.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sourcing metrics and progress.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sourcing for technical roles with strong understanding of the technical recruiting space
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search strings and social media recruiting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Effective timemanagement and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to conduct market research and provide insights on talent trends
