You are a dynamic Regional Sales Manager who will manage and expand our customer portfolio in the South of the UK. You will represent our mechanical components (Fence & Gate Accessories) and the fastgrowing Automation & Entrance Control division.
Key Responsibilities:
- You take full responsibility for the turnover in your region after comprehensive training at our headquarters in Belgium.
- You manage and support existing customers including manufacturers and dealers.
- You engage with prescribers (architects specifiers consultants and other decisionmakers) ensuring our solutions are incorporated into projects from the early planning stages.
- You collaborate with customers teams advising on products supporting launches and providing training
- You identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- You oversee the full sales process with support from an inside sales representative and report to the Head of UK Sales.
Qualifications :
- You have 5 years of B2B sales experience and understand technical sales cycles
- You excel at building relationships developing networks and closing deals.
- You are selfmotivated proactive flexible and able to prioritize your workload effectively.
- You are resultsdriven with perseverance and a focus on achieving commercial objectives.
- You enjoy being on the road 70 staying close to customers and regularly visiting our headquarters in Belgium 6 to 8 times per year) for product training.
