Job Description

  • Lead all preconstruction & procurement activities including negotiation budget set up coordination with project team etc.
  • Support the management of client and T5 consultant relationships
  • Establish a complete and accurate budget at all phases
  • Oversee the takeoff process
  • Respond to RFPs
  • Establish and track bid schedules
  • Oversee the prequalification process and subcontractor recruitment
  • Knowledgeable on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Review the scope of construction work to be completed so as to determine the type of work basic materials project duration and define the responsibility for construction.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market conditions and how those may impact the planning and estimating of our projects
  • Can confidently present and support our work to internal and external clients
  • Can manage all aspects of the required preconstruction deliverables to a client.
  • Reconcile estimates with consultants and design team members.
  • Prepare and Present Conceptual Estimating
  • Assist in all business development meetings
  • Prepare buyout documents invoices contracts change orders and other documents regarding the project scope.
  • Provide superior customer service and ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Understand and be able to communicate scope of contract to your supervisors clients and subcontractor

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES

  •  Experience with Division 210 (concrete through finish trade)
  • Demonstrate effective relationship building within the project team and throughout the Company.
  • Keep field team members (i.e. Superintendent) informed and active in decisionmaking.
  • Identifies client needs and addresses them.
  • Identifies and acts on ways to add value.
  • Is flexible and changes quickly based on the companys changing needs.
  • Attention to detail
  • Selfstarter

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3 years Construction experience required
  • 1 years Data Center experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Project)
  • Yardi Procor and Prolog experience preferred
