Job Description
Get to Know the Team
Grab the leading super app in Southeast Asia combines transport food delivery logistics payments and much more in a single platform. The Country & Marketing Analytics team helps us by analyzing in each of our countries our past operations and marketing plans deciphering the impact on our business our brand and our users to enhance the outcome of future plans.
Get to Know the Role
The team works closely with several teams in Grabbusiness Operations Marketing as well as Engineering Product and other Data teamsto understand data requirements identify important metrics and provide datadriven solutions that are tailored and to alwaysevolving innovation in our markets.
You will report to Country Analytics Manager II. This is a paid internship role and is based onsite in Petaling Jaya.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will be involved into the business to understand all aspects of our marketplace and marketing in countries
- You will conduct indepth analysis and provide insights
- You will develop datadriven solutions such as reports toolkits dashboards models and analytical frameworks to help further stakeholders decisions
- You will support a broad range of projects related to automation scalable measurement and Analytics efficiency
- You will shape the development of our data infrastructure including data warehousing optimisation and maintenance of our analytics platforms
- You will provide support and training to stakeholder teams on analytical insights tools and methodologies
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You will need to start the internship in July 2025 with a minimum duration of 3 months.
- You are majoring in Statistics Analytics Mathematics Engineering or or a related field.
- Experience of analytical tools such as database querying (SQL Presto Hive) visualization and reporting tools (PowerBI) and programming languages (Python R)
- Ability to work with large and complex data sets
- Full professional working proficiency in English is required
