- Perform general administrative duties such as filing scanning and organizing documents.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails phone calls mails).
- Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations.
- Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is clean organized and welcoming.
Qualifications :
- Bilingual English/Korean Required
- GED or Bachelors Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to multitask
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
