Job Description
Purpose
The Maintenance Tech III will independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department and train lowerlevel Technicians on more advanced tasks.
Hours/Shift: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM (Rotating Shift 4 days on/4 days off)
Responsibilities
- Adhere to AbbVies code of conduct.
- Maintain the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
- Assist in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis.
- Support continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site.
- Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization.
- Demonstrate capability of training others on tasks.
- Utilize multiple skilled trade disciplines and create or edit maintenance job plans.
- Fully proficient in their core function performing advanced level tasks.
- Understand and follow all safety and GMP regulations.
Qualifications :
- HS diploma with 10 yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5 yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3 yrs. Experience or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions.
- CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired.
- Working knowledge of the HVAC/R VALIDATION / COMMISSIONING PROCESS.
- Certified by the Federal EPA for operation of refrigerant reclaiming equipment and for proper usage and disposal of all refrigerants is a plus.
- Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools diagnostic tools predictive tools).
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).
- Proficient in the setup use repair and replacement of all I/O or BAS controlled systems including but not limited to: Current to Pressure Transducers Controller Boards Actuators Valves Dampers Electric Pressure Switches Pressure Current Sensors Temperature to Current Sensors and Humidity to Current Sensors.
NOTE: A valid drivers license is required for this role.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our shortterm incentive programs.
