Job Description
1. Inspection / Measurement of components and claim handling
2. Preparation of measurement protocol Conduct Measurement system analysis and Corelation
3. Supplier Audits
Qualifications :
BE Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronics with 6 8 years of Experience
Preferred Skills / Knowledge:
1. Hands on experience of measuring equipments like CMM Roundness tester Roughness tester Hardness testeretc
2. Understanding of drawing GD&T
3. Fluency in Communication Flexibility Decision ability
4. Fluency with MS office
5. Knowledge of Basic and preventive Quality tools Problem solving methodology
6. Knowledge of QMS system / IATF 16949 / PPAPPrefered lead Auditor qualification
7. Preferred VDA 6.3 Auditor qualification
8. Manufacturing process knowledge Exposure to heat treatment surface treatment process
9. Conflict management
