IT Programmer Analyst- REF120H

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical IT Programmer Analyst to join our global team. In this role you will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining software applications while analyzing business requirements and providing technical solutions.

• Analyze user requirements and develop software applications to meet business needs
• Design code test and debug complex software programs
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
• Perform system analysis and recommend improvements to existing applications
• Develop and maintain database structures and queries
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all projects
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Implement and maintain version control systems for all software projects
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications
• Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management departments and users to identify requirements and specifications
• Gatheri business requirements/analysis to create new software programs and systems
• Produce code based on requirements
• Test and deploy programs and applications
• Troubleshoot debugg maintain and improve existing software
• Compile and assess user feedback to improve software performance
• Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in a related field. Experience may be substituted for education. 
• Minimum 510 years of handson development in web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in coding languages including Microsoft/.NET Python Java JavaScript and C
• Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle; FullStack developer
• Strong problemsolving and communications skills
• Knowledge of ObjectRelational Mapping frameworks
• Experience with stored procedures
• Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
• Proficient in SQL able to write complex SQL to create reports and analytics
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team

Additional Information :

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:  The hourly pay rate for this position is anticipated to range between $110000 $140000. This range is a goodfaith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position including experience training and other considerations permitted by that may be used when making an offer may include a candidates skills experience and geographic location the expected quality and quantity of work and internal pay alignment as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive employees pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
