Lead train and inspire the housekeeping team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness presentation and service.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure flawless presentation.
Manage rotas stock levels and departmental budgets efficiently.
Liaise with other departments (especially Front Office and Maintenance) to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism warmth and urgency.
Maintain strict health safety and hygiene compliance across all areas.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a senior housekeeping role is essential.
Exceptional leadership communication and teambuilding skills.
A keen eye for detail and an unshakeable commitment to excellence.
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining grace under pressure.
