AbbVie Early Talent Programme
- 7 x positions available starting from September 2025
- Join as a contractor via SRG working for AbbVie on 3 x 12 month rotational programme across our commercial AbbVie and Allergan Aesthetics divisions in the UK

Overview
Our Commercial Early Talent Programme offers a three year 12month rotation across a range of areas including Marketing Market Access Customer Excellence and In Field Sales. Youll be part of an innovative organisation with a career focused culture and will be given the opportunity to dive into diverse projects and connect with industry leaders who will guide and mentor you along the way. Qualifications :
What we are looking for
- Ambition drive and a curiosity mindset not afraid to question the status quo
- Creativity & Adaptability with strong problemsolving skills
- Communication & Decisionmaking: Articulate and assertive with the ability to communicate with proficiency in written and spoken English
- Academic Prowess: An interest in the Life Science industry. A degree in Business Pharmacy Life Sciences Marketing or Health Economics is desirable
- Must hold a Full UK driving licence by September 2026
Flexibility & Adaptability: Applicants must be willing to relocate in year 3 of the programme within the UK.
Applicants must hold full RTW in the UK for the duration of the programme.
