Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical support role in financial planning reporting and analysis within Global Commercial Finance contributing to strategic decisionmaking through accurate forecasting and financial insights. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager this role provides rotational exposure across both the LongRange Plan (LRP)/Annual Plan team and the LBE (Latest Best Estimate)/Actuals team offering experience in both longterm strategic planning and operational performance tracking. This position requires strong analytical skills financial modeling capabilities and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across global finance and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the development and consolidation of the LongRange Plan and Annual Plan by building financial models gathering data inputs and analyzing trends.
- Supports the preparation of monthly Actuals reports quarterly Flash reports and Earnings materials ensuring timely and accurate financial outputs.
- Contributes to the creation and refinement of financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and leadership review.
Collaborates with commercial finance teams corporate FP&A and global affiliates to support forecast alignment and financial planning assumptions.
Reconciles financial data across multiple systems (e.g. BPC BIP Power BI) to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient financial reporting and planning workflows.
Provides analytical support for ad hoc financial projects and assist in delivering datadriven insights for strategic decisionmaking.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required. Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Preferred 4 years of progressive and related experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Execute priorities established by Manager with speed and agility.
- Strong financial analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient Excel skills required.
- Knowledge of SAP and BPC a plus.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
