Responsible for operational aspects of human resource management (HR) in the Hospital in accordance with applicable HR standards policies procedures and regulations
Includes delivery of nonclinical training and development programs (e.g. working with trainers preparing materials booking venues and so on) as well as overseeing and providing programs to ensure that goals are achieved
Track employee attendance participation or completion of training programs and prepare short reports to the Head of HR
Assist all division or department heads to carry out performance evaluations on employees; compilation and analysis of evaluations to identify and improve human resource management
Review and evaluation recommendations for employee promotions salary adjustments and transfers based on business unit manager input
Identify training needs analysis for each position including training required by the Hospital to prepare plans for implementing regular training and education
Manage the training budget to ensure the effectiveness of the training costs used
Monitor the procurement and availability of facilities and infrastructure needed to support the smoothness and effectiveness of the training and education process
Monitor the implementation of training education and carry out evaluations to ensure that the objectives of providing training and education are achieved as planned
Rely on the availability and completeness of required data related to worker training and education to carry out analyzes or create required reports
Completion of completeness files and processing of official worker bond agreements in accordance with applicable standards and procedures to ensure workers compliance with the conditions and requirements specified in the service bond
Verify the attendance or graduation of workers related to external training that is followed to ensure the competence and skills of workers are in accordance with hospital requirements applicable laws and regulations
arrying out performance assessments of all hospital workers periodically as an effort to manage performance (performance management)
Prepare and organize internship or research activities carried out at the Hospital including providing the necessary orientation taking into account the needs of the hospital and the internship/research participants
Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services including attending training collecting data documenting and/or making reports necessary to support the achievement of overall hospital indicators and related department/unit targets
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree from Psychology/ Law
Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules materials and documentation efficiently.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) for creating documents reports and presentations.
Understanding of training and development principles including adult learning theories and instructional design.
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in recordkeeping documentation and reporting.
