Job Description

GENERAL FUNCTION 

Responsible for managing the sales and to achieve sales targets.  

General

  • To lead the sales under your capacity
  • Manage and Service the existing accounts. Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers
  • Achieve the Sales and Profitability target set by the company.
  • Review tTo discuss with reporting manager to negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions (with company Legal Department) to meet both clients and company needs. The daily weekly monthly sales report and report to management
  • Traveling (within Thailand) to visit existing and potential clients
  • Responsible for sales target achievement and to set monthly sales target for sales teams 
  • Plan marketing activities to achieve sales volume estimations and review effectiveness
  • Analyze market trends sales performance through channels and other critical trends
  • Promote sales by executing marketing and promotional strategies
  • To execute marketing initiatives marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes in focus with the overall brand strategy 
  • Analyse business potential conceptualize & execute plans for new product development and launch 
  • Conduct market research monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures 
  • Identify new market and tap on profitable business opportunities
  • Sales growth and retention. To achieve sales targets and other duties as defined by the management. 
  • Manage customer accounts payable and ensure on time collection. 
  • Attend customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Keeping good relationships with clients; understanding clients budgets drivers and market demand.

  • Apply the Safety procedures for operations bound to their activities

Quality

  • apply the quality procedures for operations bound to their activities. 

Qualifications :

Education 

A Bachelors degree :

  • in Engineering
  • in Chemical
  • In business

Others (License/Certificates)

  • A relevant certificate or license is advantageous.
  • A valid drivers license and willingness to travel with own car. 
  • IELTS (English communication) score 8 or above 

 


Additional Information :

EXPERIENCE EXPECTED 

  • At least 710 years experience in water & wastewater treatment/water treatment chemicals/water or environmental engineering business/related business

COMPETENCIES EXPECTED 

Technical 

  • understanding of water treatment engineering either in process water or wastewater
  • Detailed in technical and commercial and proposal preparation/ management
  • Very good command of English language and well versed in document and presentation software
  • Knowledge in key markets assigned 

Personal

  • Strong communication skill with clarity ability to persuade 
  • Curious with passion and strong desire to develop and support team to win
  • Strong network of customers suppliers contractors consultants etc
  • Team player
  • Customer Focus
