Job Description
Next Comms Talk is seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills attention to detail and a friendly demeanor to manage front desk duties efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
Manage daily mail packages and deliveries
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition
Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Assist various departments with basic tasks as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
