Tasks
- Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with all operational standards.
- Manage inventory levels by coordinating with suppliers and monitoring stock replenishment to meet customer demands.
- Develop and train store staff to enhance their skills and promote internal growth aligning with the companys mission and values.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in retail or telecommunications industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
