What youll do:
As the Advanced Data Advertising Lead you will:
- Lead the integration of ad insertion technologies including Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI) across TELUS platforms to enable precise targeted advertising
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DAI guiding crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless ad delivery and optimal performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product engineering sales and strategy teams to build highperforming sales products and longterm market strategies
- Develop and enhance TELUS firstparty data offerings ensuring advertisers have access to valuable privacycompliant insights that maximize impact
- Identify and implement innovative advertising solutions staying ahead of industry trends to position TELUS as a market leader in datadriven advertising

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business data analytics computer science or related field
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI) technology including ad workflows inventory management and crossplatform integration.
- Understanding of SCTE standards for dynamic ad insertion
- Broad knowledge of Digital TV Connected TV Video DOOH Native and Display media as well as custom executions
- Practical experience with digital advertising platforms including Ad Server SSP/Exchange DSP and DMP/CDP
- Familiarity with IAB Standards (e.g. VAST OpenRTB)
- Experience with cloudbased ad tech solutions
- Solid understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA) and how to ensure compliance
- Passion for technology and entertainment with a desire to expand knowledge
- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams encouraging innovation collaboration and continuous learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear logical thinking
- Curious openminded collaborative and energetic
