This posting seeks a candidate who has successfully completed an apprenticeship focused on the Sheetmetal specialty. The selected candidate will be expected to perform general power plant mechanical work utilizing the Sheetmetal specialty as required.
Must have completed a formal apprenticeship program and have 4 years of experience working at the journeyperson level.
Must be able to perform a wide range of mechanical maintenance duties within the environment of a hydroelectric power plant.

Hourly rates for unionrepresented employees are collectively bargained by the New York Power Authority and IBEW. The negotiated pay rate for this position is $47.85 per hour.
