QA and Analytical Manager
The Quality & Analytical Technical Manager serves as the key technical expert for providing analytical solutions to support manufacturing and process improvement initiatives. This role oversees the development transfer maintenance and implementation of analytical methods across FMCs global manufacturing network ensuring highquality standards and efficient processes are maintained.
What youll do with us:
- Manage analytical technology by leading the analytical technology group in defining strategies for method transfer development and maintenance; managing laboratory qualifications; and standardizing best practices across laboratories.
- Provide technical support for expansion and continuous improvement projects and evaluate and introduce new analytical technologies to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Facilitate databased decisionmaking across the global network and conduct technical reviews of QC lab capital projects.
- Lead the development and validation of global ACL methods manage the ACL method database and oversee implementation at manufacturing sites ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Participate in contamination prevention audits as assigned ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Your qualification & attributes:
- Masters degree or higher in analytical chemistry or organic chemistry; Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in method development and validation for crop protection product manufacturing.
- Strong background in safety leadership and laboratory safety management.
- Demonstrated ability to make datadriven decisions and a resultsoriented approach to leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and the ability to conduct training sessions effectively.
