Day in the life of a Retail Operations Specialist at Optus

• Mastering all operations championing stock control and orchestrating the stores rhythm
• Backing up our Store Manager ensuring every operational and financial goals are met
• Keeping the safety torch ON training teams with precision processes and WH&S compliance
• Collaborate with colleagues ensuring everyones in sync with operational shifts.
