Job Description

Visa is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of digital payments through the Visa Token Service (VTS) platform.

VTS is central to Visas global strategy for securing digital commerce and enabling innovative payment experiences across channels devices and markets. This global platform team delivers the foundational capabilities that support tokenization at scale and the launch of nextgeneration token solutions in close partnership with Visas business technical and client organizations.

This role is pivotalit sits at the core of Visas digital strategy where platform resilience extensibility and innovation converge.

As part of the VTS Core Platform team you will lead highimpact product initiatives that define Visas nextgeneration token infrastructure. Were looking for a selfstarter with strong product instincts and deep technical fluency someone who can drive platform innovation while navigating legal regulatory and partner constraints.

You will work crossfunctionally with global partnerships regional teams engineering architecture and operations to define and execute strategy deliver scalable solutions and drive adoption across a diverse partner ecosystem.

Essential Functions

  • Define and evolve product requirements use cases and technical capabilities for the Visa Token Service platform.

  • Lead endtoend product executionfrom ideation to deliveryensuring timely highquality launches in an agile environment.

  • Partner with engineering and architecture to shape scalable resilient and extensible system designs.

  • Develop and manage a wellgroomed product backlog prioritize features based on impact risk and strategic fit.

  • Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with regional and partner teams to incorporate client feedback navigate market nuances and ensure global alignment.

  • Balance competing priorities from external stakeholders internal teams and regulatory/legal frameworks.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for VTS platform evolution.

  • Build strong trustbased relationships across teams including those without direct reporting linesto drive alignment and solve crossfunctional challenges.

  • Represent VTS in client discussions synthesize feedback to inform product design and market readiness.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

 


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • 8 10 years of product management experience in payments fintech or fraud with a strong track record of delivering complex highimpact platform initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance external stakeholder needs with platform innovation legal and regulatory constraints across global markets.
  • Selfdirected leader with a strong sense of urgency capable of navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills focused on addressing root causes not just symptoms. A collaborative systemslevel thinker with a multiangle mindset and a proactive approach to resolving complex crossfunctional challenges.
  • Deep technical fluency and handson approach experienced in authoring PRDs partnering closely with architecture and engineering on resilient system design proficient in reviewing technical specs (e.g. ISOs APIs Swagger) evaluating tradeoffs across design options and contributing to scalable
  • extensible platform solutions.
  • Datadriven decision maker experienced in defining KPIs using experimentation and working with analytics to guide decisionmaking and optimize product performance.
  • Strong relationship builder with a proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries driving alignment among internal teams regional stakeholders external partners and senior leadership to accelerate outcomes.
  • Exceptional communicator able to distill complex concepts and tradeoffs into clear actionable insights for technical and executive stakeholders.


Additional Information :

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510 of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 159100.00 to 230900.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
