Johns Hopkins All Childrens Hospital is a premiere clinical and academic health system providing expert pediatric care for infants children and teens with some of the most challenging medical problems.

With more than half of the 259 beds in our teaching hospital devoted to intensive care level services we are the regional pediatric referral center for Floridas west coast. Physicians and community hospitals count on us to care for critically ill patients and perform complex surgical procedures.
We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Nurse Manager for our 22 bed CVICU as well as Advanced Therapies. In this role as Clinical Manager for the CVICU you will be instrumental in analyzing developing and implementing strategies to optimize the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our services. Additionally you will play a key role in creating an environment that nurtures the provision of patientcentered specialized and evidencebased nursing care.

BSN required
Current licensure in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse
Certification in area of specialty
Minimum of two years experience at the supervisor level
- Ideal candidate will have cardiac and/or critical care experience

Salary Range: Minimum49.54/hour Maximum76.79/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
