The role of Senior Service Manager is an exciting opportunity to provide programme management of the Councils Capital Projects delivery team covering the delivery of a wide portfolio of complex capital public realm place shaping projects ranging in value up to 10million.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership project/programme management commissioning budgetary and forecasting expertise to the delivery team during all stages of project development and engineering to ensure successful design and delivery of traffic transport and public realm schemes.

It is essential that applicants can demonstrate a successful track record of management experience covering Highways Transport Traffic and Public Realm delivery comprehensive knowledge and experience of programme and project management in delivering technically complex public realm and climate change infrastructure delivery working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
