Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team at our Rochester NY facility
Essential Functions:
Responsible for conducting tests on a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards subassemblies or end products
Will be using a variety of test equipment and logging information in technical databases
Basic troubleshooting
Fastpaced environment with a crossfunctional team
Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 12 hours)
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of technician or troubleshooting experience
Preferred Additional Skills:
Currently enrolled in an electrical technician degree program
Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory
Associates degree (technical discipline)
Electronics / RF Troubleshooting Experience
Experience with Harris RFCD products and assembly processes
Able to perform LabVIEW driven automated tests
Familiar with basic test equipment i.e. Signal generators oscilloscopes power meters spectrum analyzers
Able to read and understand schematic diagrams
MS Office programs such as Word Excel and Outlook
Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with basic computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel (Unicam knowledge a plus)
Willingness to work and learn in fastpaced production environment
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role is $19.19 $29.81. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
