Job Description
As a Senior Associate Project Manager in Capital Ones Commercial Transformation Organization youll work on the highest priority initiatives driving innovation optimizing operational efficiencies and fueling the banks future. Youll be joining a fastpaced dynamic team who is supporting Commercial wide priorities.
Candidates should have an engaging executive presence exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills expertise in relationshipbuilding and the ability to manage large complex programs with energy and excitement. General Responsibilities:
Drive medium to large scale complex crossfunctional projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed; manage up and downstream project impacts.
Designing developing and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment revising needs to meet changing requirements.
Organizing documentation and delivery of critical program best practices bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
Juggle multiple priorities caring for visibility into delivery targets commitments and progress.
Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
This person will:
Exhibit a proven track record of project management bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage inform and influence outcomes
Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
Display strong consulting and collaboration skills
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
4 years of Project Management experience
PMP Lean Agile or Six Sigma certification

The minimum and maximum fulltime annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Charlotte NC: $86000 $98200 for Sr. Project ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
