Job Description
Your Mission:
- As an Instrument Transformer Product Sales Specialist you will be the driving force behind the European market assessment planning strategic actions to enhance market penetration. You will coordinate activities between factories and local sales teams to complete homologations with major EU utilities.
- Additionally you will manage customer meetings presentations training sessions deal desk project presentations and offer preparations.
- In a mediumlong term period the role may required the extension of responsibilities to the complete AIS product package.

- European Coverage:Be part of the Europe AIS Sales Specialists Team covering all EU countries with technicalsales responsibilities focusing on improving market penetration.
- Business Development:You will be responsible for AISITR business development technical prescription coordination of tendering activities product qualification and ensuring customer satisfaction. In collaboration with the local sales team you will build and manage the right sales strategy within your area of influence leading actions for growth and achieving quarterly and yearly targets in full compliance with GE values.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategies and sales agreements.
- Develop deal structures pricing and proposals.
- Assist in customer negotiations.
- Identify new opportunities to develop products and services.
- Utilize Lean methodologies to improve the proposal process.
- Develop indepth knowledge of sales territory product lines markets sales processes and customer groups.
- Make decisions within a defined framework with some autonomy in final decisions for projects product lines markets sales processes or customers.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and the business about design and coordination services.
- Provide informal guidance to new team members.
- Explain complex information in straightforward situations.
MustHaves:
- Longterm experience and technical expertise in Instrument Transformer products.
- Fluent oral and written communication in English and German preferably also in French Spanish and Italian.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems document plan present market and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
Preferred Location:Southern Europe: Spain (Madrid) Italy (Noventa di Piave) or France (Villeurbanne Lyon).
