Job Description
Florida SouthWestern State Collegeis accepting resumes in search of aMaintenance Specialist I to join our team. This is highly skilled and specialized work in the maintenance and operation of building automation systems electrical systems and mechanical equipment at an FSW campus assigned. This position is scheduled to work in the evening from 2 10 pm.

The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One year of fulltime experience at a Journeyman level in the performance of maintenance diagnosis and repair of commercial and/or industrial building systems to include all of the following:
- Air conditioning heating and ventilating systems;
- Mechanical systems and equipment;
- Medium to highvoltage electrical equipment;
- Direct digital control energy management systems.
- Experience performing preventative maintenance activities and reading blueprints.
- Skills in using tools commonly used in air conditioning mechanical and electrical fields.
- Proven ability to work independently understand written and oral instructions and clearly communicate
