Position Summary:As directed by and/or with the assistance of higherlevel mechanics/supervisors performs unskilled equipment maintenance and the Hospital complexs physical plant. The candidate must have at least one year of experience working outside in various temperature elements.

Knowledge:Fundamental/introductory knowledge of buildings and grounds maintenance techniques procedures and materials.

Shift:

• Full Time Day Shift 7330pm

Required:

• Valid Drivers License verifiable through the Motor Vehicle Administration.
• Greater than 1 year of general grounds maintenance experience including experience with power and manual equipment for lawn cutting and snow/ice removal.
• General knowledge of tools and equipment normally used in Grounds maintenance including mowers tractors trucks trimmers rakes shovels steamers as well as nonpowered hand tools.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Salary Range: Minimum$17.28/hour Maximum$20.06/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
