The Job You Will Perform:

• Champion safety culture.
• Partner with Maintenance Manager to lead and direct plant maintenance activities; ensure equipment and facilities are kept in optimum operating conditions.

• Report to Maintenance Manager any information that may impede the operation of the plant as soon as it becomes known while providing technical expertise regarding plant equipment and facilities.
• Initiate and/or maintain a costeffective preventive maintenance program and Implement quality improvement and cost reduction ideas
• Contact and work with vendors and subcontractors to achieve desired results.
• Assist in maintaining adequate inventories of spare parts and purchase materials parts and supplies as required.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Partner with Maintenance Manager to develop technical skillset of maintenance team.

The Qualifications Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Four years maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Demonstrated personnel supervisory skills
• College and/or related technical courses preferred
• Proficiency with SAP preferred
• Experience in the corrugated box industry with heavy experience in electronics controls and PLCs preferred
• Mechanical hydraulics pneumatics and electricity experience preferred
