What Youll Do
- Manage paid media campaigns endtoend including launch strategy ongoing activation and longterm testing.
- Be able to analyze large sets of performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations on a strategic holistic level
- Develop standardized process for (and assist where necessary) campaign planning keyword research bid optimization budget management ad copy revision for large campaigns and enforce uptake/followthrough
- Identify new ways to scale campaign creation and management effectively (e.g. accounts with several thousand individual campaigns as part of the whole) including a focus on automation and AI
- Assist in new business pitches for the local market
- Track measure and report on program health across the larger media team and report to the Director and Sr. Manager of Paid Media
- Demonstrate an advancedlevel knowledge of digital media with strong focus on paid search
- Understand test and implement new digital search methodologies with a view to improving performance and scalability
- Oversee the development of juniormid level media team members
- Work collaboratively with team members to oversee and improve internal processes to provide highquality service
- Oversee and lead relationships with key media vendors
What You Bring
- 5 years of Digital Paid Media experience
- Second language ability a plus
- Team management experience a plus
- Clear effective and impactful communication is a must
- Project management capabilities/oversight and adherence of processes
- Google Ads Microsoft Advertising and Google Analytics certified
- Strong proficiency with SA360 and Excel
- Strong expertise with large scaled campaigns budgets strategies and tactics is required
- Demonstrable presentation skills (creation of materials and inroom presentation)
- Solid knowledge of digital testing methodologies betas and industry trends and topics
- Eager to understand test and implement new digital search methodologies
- A growth mindset for expanding campaigns and opportunities
- Solid track record of delivering multiple time sensitive projects on schedule

How We Work
This role requires two inoffice days per week with three days inoffice during the threemonth orientation period. Remote work is not available for this position.
