About The Role:
Following endorsement of a new Ageing Well team structure an exciting opportunity now exists for a newly created Home Support Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership to a dynamic team delivering highquality services for older residents.
If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for supporting older adults to live independently and stay connected to their communities this is your opportunity to help shape the future of home support through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).
The role leads the delivery of personcentred services that promote wellbeing independence and social connection across our ageing population while ensuring alignment with aged care reforms Council priorities and sector partnerships.

About Our Team:
Our Ageing Well team deliver essential services across our community through the delivery of the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) services. The team strive to empower individuals to access community resources enriching their lives and helping to foster a strong sense of wellbeing.
The Detail:
The position is offered on a fulltime fixedterm basis until 30 June 2026 and is classified at Level 6 with a salary range of $108727 to $115956 per annum Super Annual Leave Loading.
A current unprohibited Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check(Police check) must be maintained for the duration of the employment period in this prescribed position.
