DaytoDay Responsibilities

We are looking for a Third Party Risk Manager responsible for the oversight and monitoring of the entity outsourcing / ICT engagements and risks ensuring DORA compliance. This operational role is reporting to local CEO/Branch manager and have the responsibility to:

  • Own the local entity forum validating the outsourcing and criticality determination or ICT provider determination (if applicable for the entity)
  • Review challenge and validate information provided by engagement owners in our Third Party Risk Management framework: OneTrust:
    • Local oversight assessment of engagement risk results exit strategy/plan and subcontracting chain
    • Approve register assessments in OneTrust (Outsourcing & DORA)
  • Liaise with Third Party Risk and engagement owners to ensure OneTrust is complete and accurate
  • Control that risk treatment plans are followed up for outsourcing engagements
  • Be responsible for the production of the Outsourcing Register according to the local requirements
  • Support the engagement owner for the intragroup outsourcing contracts set up
  • Act as point of contact for any outsourcing related questions within the entity
  • Collaborate with Compliance to ensure compliance with local outsourcing regulation(s)
  • Review Local Outsourcing Policy (owned by Compliance) if applicable
  • Participate to the Merchant Services Supplier Advisory Committee
  • Provide feedback for the Merchant Services Quarterly Critical Outsourcing Executive Steering Committee and other Committees if applicable
  • Provide local reporting to the entity if required (e.g. to Board Risk)
  • 1LOD point of contact for Internal Audit on entity outsourcing related matters
  • Attend meetings with regulator for outsourcing matters if required

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion cando attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Risk Management Business Administration Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in third party risk mgmt. or operational risk
  • Basic DORA knowledge
  • Knowledgeable in data protection and security linked to regulations in banking/finance
  • Handson experience in lifecycle management of ICT risks information classification and risk assessments of suppliers
  • Experience from duediligence & monitoring positions including collaboration with and claiming information/actions from internal/external stakeholders incl. drafting reports and presenting for local executives/committies
  • Experience with risk management platforms like OneTrust or similar tools
  • Personal traits: handson initiative and self governing with a high sense of service analytical structured and communicative
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Professional Swedish and English both oral and written
