Fastpaced local office of a HomeImprovement Franchise has an opening for a parttime Customer Service Representative. We are growing rapidly so were looking for additional office support to take us to the next level.


A bit about customers love us! We have 4.7star Google rating and over 50 repeat customer base. Handyman Connection South Shore has been in business 6 years and is a locally owned Home Improvement company dedicated to excellent customer service and quality workmanship.


In this role youd be responsible for coordinating home improvement projects with a team of 1520 craftsmen and customers throughout the South Shore. Its a fastpaced dynamic role that will require you to think on your feet and multitask. The work is based in the office in Hanover but it is a clean comfortable work area that enables social distancing.

What You Will Receive

Responsibilities

  • Strong telephone and written communication skills
  • Dedication to excellent customer service
  • Outgoing personality; enjoys working with people
  • Able to manage small business details while working independently
  • Manage time and responsibilities scheduling customer support job tracking billing staff communications phone calls etc.
  • Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills especially Microsoft products such as Outlook Excel Word CRM PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of home repair and light remodeling a plus
  • Experience working in a Customer Service Role or Telemarketing Role preferred
