What We Are Looking For:

  • Education & Experience:

    • Prior experience in B2B sales and/or services related to safety solutions cleanrooms or critical environments.
    • Experience working with regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals biotech or hightech industries.
    • BSc degree in Chemical Engineering Environmental Science or a relevant technical field or formal training in sales (e.g. IHM Business School).
    • Experience with business travel including overnight stays.
    • A valid drivers license is required.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Resultsdriven and customeroriented mindset.
    • Strong technical understanding of critical environment solutions or solid commercial sales experience including quotations and negotiations.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Swedish and English.
    • Ability to work with complex technical solutions and commercially structured quotations.
    • Strong business acumen and ability to drive longterm profitable customer relationships.
    • Planning analytical and criticalthinking skills to meet objectives and optimize sales processes.
    • A proactive collaborative team player with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs conduct technical assessments and demonstrate the benefits of critical environment solutions.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and expanding our market reach.
  • Drive the sales process from initial discussions to quotations negotiations and closing deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth of sales from pricing strategies to customer service and technical support.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends regulatory requirements and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent our company professionally ensuring compliance with all policies strategies and industry regulations.
