Job Description
TekCom Resources is seeking aPermitting Specialists Ifor a contractbased role with one of our largest clients. This is a remote role however you must be in Georgia or Alabama. You will be supporting telecommunications projects by securing permits and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail experience in permit processing and a solid understanding of local and state regulations related to telecom infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
1 years in permitting regulatory compliance or telecomrelated roles preferred. High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree in a related field is a plus. Strong organizational communication and problemsolving skills. Familiarity with permitting software GIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of municipal permitting processes and regulations.
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive hourly rate in the range of $23$25ph commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare submit and track permit applications for telecom infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with municipalities utility companies and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with permitting requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of permits approvals and regulatory communications.
- Communicate project timelines and permit status updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Research and interpret zoning codes ordinances and regulations applicable to telecom projects.
- Assist in resolving permitrelated issues and work proactively to prevent delays.
- Support the permitting team with administrative tasks as needed.
