Tax Reporting Manager at a Glance.
The Tax Reporting Manager position provides an opportunity to be involved with income tax provisions earnings and cash flow forecasts tax accounting research various business initiatives and process improvements. The successful candidate must have a strong desire to continue to strengthen their skills in accounting for income taxes and work with various areas of Finance including the Global Controllership Forecast Planning and Analysis Corporate Accounting & Consolidations External Reporting Treasury and the Corporate Mergers & Acquisition teams.

The Tax Reporting Manager will provide technical expertise in tax accounting matters and perform tax provisioning in assigned areas by obtaining pertinent data financials or business facts and analyzing for proper tax accounting treatment. Will contribute to ensuring the delivery of complete and accurate tax provisioning calculations including income tax expense deferred taxes valuation allowances current taxes payable and uncertain tax position reserves including:
