Position requires an active DoD Secret Security Clearance and the ability to maintain the stated clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship
Job Description:
Serve as the point of contact for contractors and be expected to liaise between unit crew members and company management. You must possess strong organizational and communication skills and work proficiently both individually and in teams. Oversee daily operations aircraft inspections and coordinate training and professional development activities for employees. Operate in a time sensitive environment and can require travel around the world. Enforce all workplace policies and procedures ensure compliance across the workplace.
Job Qualification Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of operational procedures FAR Requirements inspection requirements troubleshooting and maintenance techniques of aircraft systems.
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- An active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Organize schedule and manage a team worldwide
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends as needed)
- Knowledge and experience with CASA 235/295 systems highly desirable.
- Position requires the ability and willingness to travel as needed.
Physical requirements of the job:
- Position will include lifting bending and climbing.
- Must pass FAA Class III medical exam.
- Flight status is a requirement.
