Your Physical Work Environment Will Require

  • Planning and directing Production activities for workmen.
  • Achieve production targets as per plan.
  • Ensure smooth operations of the production process in shifts adhering to required safety standards to maintain Zero incidents.
  • Ensure adherence to production SOPs JSAs quality and safety standards.
  • Identifying & communicating unexpected material shortages to relevant stakeholders ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Participate and contribute to improvement activities to meet targets in cost quality and delivery involving cross functional interactions / teams
  • Supervise bluecollar associates in the production line.
  • Monitoring and optimizing production processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring ontime delivery of projects to meet customer deadlines (CDD)

The Shift in Charge is responsible for:

  • Manpower management: Ensuring adequate staffing levels and continuously developing employee competencies through training and development programs to meet safety and quality standards as per company policy.
  • Operational efficiency: Implementing lean manufacturing principles and best practices to optimize operational costs and improve overall efficiency.
  • Employee engagement: Fostering a highly motivated workforce through training programs motivational events and a positive work environment.

Your Experience Should Be...

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6 11 years of experience.
  • Must have experience in handling/monitoring Shop floor production team.
