Job Description
Job Title: Summer Associate
Job Location: Parsippany NJ
Description: Summer Associates will assist attorneys in the daytoday handling of cases with either one specific practice group or with numerous practice groups within the firm.

Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with attorneys to develop strategy for the defense of actions
Assist in drafting of pleadings discovery memos briefs and other legal correspondence and litigation documents
Shadow an attorney in depositions conferences hearings and all other aspects of the defense of a case
Conduct legal and medical research and analysis
Assist with the drafting of motions
Skills and Abilities Required
Strong legal research writing and verbal communication skills;
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Salary
$65000 per year prorated for 1L students
$70000 per year prorated for 2L students
