Job Description

Ensure quality in our energy transition projects

Conduct quality controls and audits on construction sites

In your role as a Quality Advisor you will conduct regular quality controls and audits on our construction sites. Your task will be to:

  • Ensure the implementation of the prescribed deviation management (NC management) within the scope of construction activities ISAs (Intermediate Storage Areas) and transports from ISAs to construction sites.
  • Create deviation reports (NCRs).
  • Ensure quality documentation and update the NC register.
  • Ensure compliance with prescribed QM processes.
  • Support root cause analysis corrective and preventive measures.
  • Support all site managers regarding the contractually required quality requirements.

You will be part of a team with extensive travel requirements ensuring quality across various locations.

Experienced quality management professional with technical proficiency

We are looking for a candidate who brings the following qualities:

  • Completed training along with supplementary qualifications in quality management.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar function.
  • A balanced understanding of safety costs and quality as well as a solutionoriented attitude.
  • Structured working style with technical understanding.
  • High willingness to travel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in German and English at all levels.

You also have:

  • Professional handling of relevant standards and norms in quality management.
  • Experience in conducting audits and quality assurance measures.
  • Comprehensive communication and reporting skills.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
