We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Relationship Manager to join the Government team. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of existing European Institutions accounts and identify whitespace opportunities to drive new business within the EU team.
This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive the sales process for a diverse and impactful range of products aimed at decoding risk and unlocking opportunities for our customers. Focusing on key EU institutions the segment offers datasets and technologies across global entity networks cyber resiliency climate and disaster data financial risk sanctions adverse media research tools AI and workflow solutions and more.
Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identifying and qualifying prospects initiating new sales activity and managing sales cycles to closure in the Government & Public sector
  • Maintaining a pipeline of meetings presentations and proposals in the Government sector
  • Managing and supporting existing clients to generate and close new product and solution service sales
  • Understanding existing and prospective clients projects and support needs strategic objectives purchasing criteria political and other influences or constraints and decisionmaking processes
  • Presentation of solutions to existing and prospective clients throughout a consultative sales process
  • Attendance at industry trade shows events and seminars (where appropriate)
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with relevant industry influencers and promoting partner engagements and creating broader networks within the Government & Public sector
  • Working alongside the presales and service delivery team and assisting with the delivery and of large enterprisewide solution sales

Qualifications:

  • 7 years experience in a relevant B2B sales role with proven track record of achieving target.
  • Combination of public sector sales experience as well as softwareasaservice solutions. Experience selling into Government and Public sector markets is highly desirable
  • Experience in selling data or software solutions and services within to a multistakeholder long sales cycle environment
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and expanding strong customer relationships
  • A strong business acumen and results driven with a drive to succeed
  • Resultsdriven determined and flexible with a strong and disciplined work ethic
  • Selfmotivated and capable of working independently and with a team
  • Ability to develop articulate and present concepts clearly to clients & colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a proactive approach to problem solving actively seeking opportunities for improvement with solutions in mind
  • Position requires travel up to 50 to meet with clients in person.
