Job Description
A national company with a facility in the Birmingham MI area is currently seeking several Residential Maintenance Managers for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Maintenance Managerslooking for a company that offers excellent management development training and competitive rates.
Residential Maintenance Managerrates are anticipated to be $65000 to $75000 annually based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including medical PTO and 401k matching.Hours are approximately 40 to 50 hours per week.
Qualified Residential Maintenance Managers will have most if not all of the following skills and experience.
- 2 years of HandsOn Maintenance Manager experience
- 2 years of Residential Maintenance and/or Commercialrenovation experience
- Handson HVAC carpentry landscaping flooring window installation plumbing electrical/mechanical knowledge
- HVAC Certification VRFand VTR Controls Knowledge is preferred
- Comfortable pivoting between multiple tasks and projects as needed
- Must be able to work in the United States (no H1 sponsorship or student visas considered)
- Must be able to complete standard prehire checks including background check drug screen references etc.
