You have the ability to execute at both the tactical and strategic levels and you lean on your bestinclass customer service focus to exceeding customers needs and redefining the value of what a Learning & Development Specialist can do to bring people together for personal professional and leadership development. Youre a teacher and a lifelong learner yourself and youre passionate about organizational development and ensuring the effective design delivery and evaluation of learning and development programs.
You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders while you address learning needs support and facilitate training sessions and manage programs and resources for Canfors educational initiatives. You will assist in research design and sourcing of employee learning and development content and programs and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) platform.

The salary range for this position is: $80000.00$100000.00
