Job Description
Hokanson Companies seeks fulltime Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 5 years experience for commercial properties in the Indianapolis Indiana area. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of general maintenance including HVAC plumbing electrical and building systems. Responsible for completing buildinggenerated work orders and afterhour emergencies. This position requires quick response to all types of requests troubleshooting and interaction with team members and tenants in a professional manner. Qualified candidate must be capable of spotting deficiencies and being proactive in keeping the building and grounds in the best condition.
Must be able to effectively utilize a smart phone Microsoft Outlook and other basic computer programs.
