SAPs Business AI mission is to accelerate AI adoption across SAPs enterprise applications and redefine business productivity. As the Joule Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving SAPs AIpowered assistant to market ensuring it is wellpositioned to empower businesses globally.
We are looking for a Joule Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy positioning and storytelling for SAPs flagship AI assistant. This role is critical to SAP Business AIs success driving awareness adoption and differentiation in the competitive AI landscape. You will be responsible for building and executing a marketing plan that elevates Joules impact showcases its value to customers and ensures it is positioned as a marketleading enterprise AI solution.
The Role:
As the Joule Marketing Manager you will lead the endtoend marketing efforts for SAPs AIpowered assistant. This includes defining positioning and messaging supporting gotomarket strategies and shaping customer engagement. You will work closely with Product Management Engineering Sales and Corporate Marketing to craft a compelling narrative that showcases how Joule redefines business productivity and decisionmaking.
Key responsibilities include:
Define and execute the marketing strategy for Joule ensuring clear positioning and differentiation in the AI assistant landscape.
Craft compelling messaging and storytelling to communicate Joules value to enterprise customers technical buyers and business leaders.
Develop highquality demonstrations that showcase Joules capabilities across SAP solutions ensuring strong narratives for marketing moments events and press engagements.
Lead crossfunctional collaboration across SAPs marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to Joules positioning and customer engagement.
Orchestrate gotomarket plans for Joule ensuring strong alignment across digital marketing content field enablement and demand generation efforts.
Track AI market trends competitive positioning and customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and marketing strategy.
Engage with customers analysts and industry influencers to establish SAPs thought leadership in AIpowered enterprise productivity.
Drive product marketing excellence by aligning Joules messaging with SAPs broader Business AI strategy and ensuring its successful integration across SAPs ecosystem
Drive thought leadership efforts by creating and amplifying content such as blogs whitepapers customer stories and executive presentations as well as identifying opportunities for speaking engagements webinars and industry events.
Experience & Skills:
Clear understanding of techdriven business solutions particularly AI assistants and enterprise AI adoption trends.
Experience leading B2B product marketing for AIpowered or cloudbased solutions focusing on messaging positioning and gotomarket .
Strong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing narratives for business leaders and technical decisionmakers.
Storytelling expertise with a track record of creating highimpact content keynote presentations and engaging demo experiences.
Experience working crossfunctionally across product engineering sales and marketing teams to align messaging and drive adoption.
Strong analytical skills to assess customer insights market trends and competitive positioning.
Experience supporting launches enablement strategies and AIfocused campaigns.
Proven ability to simplify complex concepts making tech innovations accessible and actionable for diverse audiences.
Requirements:
10 years of experience in product marketing gotomarket strategy or related roles in AI enterprise software or cloud technology.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Computer Science or a related field (Masters/MBA preferred).
Experience with AIdriven products and the SaaS landscape.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role.
